Registration is open for MCAN’s 13th annual conference, Celebrating Wins & Learning from Losses. This event will take place Nov. 6-7 at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant. Conference keynote speakers and breakout sessions will explore collective efforts to improve postsecondary student success, engage adult learners, and align institutional outcomes with workforce needs. We'll discuss how to build stronger communities and greater economic prosperity for all Michiganders, through postsecondary education.

(New!) Pitch Competition
The Take Flight: Sixty by 30 Pitch Competition offers an opportunity for anyone with big ideas to improve postsecondary access and attainment in Michigan to win cash prizes to launch or expand effective, equity-based programs or practices.

2023 Conference
MCAN's 12th annual conference, The Time is Now: All in for Attainment, was held Nov. 8-9, 2023. MCAN welcomed its largest conference crowd to date, with 667 confirmed attendees! The event also included 92 speakers and presenters and was supported by 39 sponsors. Last but not least, we honored 13 champions of postsecondary education at the College Access Impact Awards. These education advocates exceeded expectations to advance college readiness, participation, and completion in Michigan.
